President Eisenhower's Cartoon Book. Pocket Books, New York, June 1956.

This book measures about 9" X 7", has 100% pulp pages, and is printed in B&W. It reminds me of a child's coloring book in size and construction. The cover price is $1.00. The cover illustration is by Frank Frazetta.

It is illustrated by 95 members of the National Cartoonist Society (NCS). The original illustrations were bound in a leather-covered scrapbook and presented to the president at a breakfast ceremony meant to honor the Society's work to back U.S. Savings Bonds since its creation in 1941.

Each entry in the book has a very brief bio of the artist, plus a caricature of the president.

Below, The Perry Mason Casebook reprints four complete novels by Erle Stanley Gardner. It's a first (and, as far as I can tell, only) printing, 1946. It's larger than the Ike book: 8" wide and 10½" tall. The works are presented in a double-column format on pulp pages. Each novel has its own introductory title page, followed by a page listing a "Cast of Characters."
